Announcements for meetings are typically available 2 to 6 months prior to the opening day. Many of these meetings are recurring events on our calendar. If any meeting piques your interest, feel free to call us for more information. ABE plans to present a broad range of exhibits throughout this year, some of which may not be included in ABE's final quarterly schedule. We appreciate your help in our planning process, whether by participating in our surveys or emailing us about the exhibits that intrigue you most. Please also share your overall projected participation.

Publishers interested in multiple exhibits can reach out to ABE at to discuss potential discounts for multi-show package deals.

Virtual Conferencing:

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly transformed the conferencing landscape. Physical meetings have been replaced by virtual interactions on platforms like Zoom and others. Association Book Exhibit (ABE) is proud to adapt and participate in this new digital reality. But how are we achieving this?

ABE has developed our own online landing pages that link directly to our online conference exhibit page. This grants conference attendees access to our catalog, complete with direct links for purchasing publisher titles.

We're also encouraging publishers to participate in author speaker events via ABE. This, coupled with increased social media engagement and advertising of special titles or events, adds value to our content and enhances attendee interaction with our virtual exhibit. As a result, this boosts the sales that publishers and authors can achieve from a conference utilizing ABE's services.

Did we forget anything?

If there are exhibits you would like ABE to consider adding to its final schedule, please let us know. Many of our top exhibits have been scheduled as a result of referrals from the publishers we represent. Meetings taking place in the Washington, DC/Baltimore area are of particular interest to ABE. Please notify us of these “new” exhibit opportunities at least four months in advance.
