In order to be the exhibit service that is most responsive to your needs, we want to hear from you.  Please assist us in the following was:

SEND US YOUR CATALOG - Add ABE to your ongoing list of catalog recipients.  We take catalogs very seriously and review every one we get.  Your catalogs allow us to stay up-to-date with the newest titles.  With a better understanding of your publishing activities, we can more effectively make exhibit suggestions, offers and opportunities available to you, your authors, editors and marketing directors.

SUGGEST EXHIBITS - ABE is only as good as the schedule of exhibits it offers.  Many of the best exhibits we schedule are ones that have been recommended by the publishers we serve.  Let us know, as far in advance as possible, about exhibits you feel would be well served by ABE and we will follow up.  If there is a large body of professional literature, the timing and logistics are right, and financial considerations make sense, ABE is more than happy to schedule new exhibits you recommend.

MAILING LIST UPDATES - Keep ABE up-to-date as to changes of address and personnel, and others in your company who would do well to receive the ongoing exhibit announcements.  ABE's mailing list is updated regularly and is a crucial link in working efficiently with you.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS  - ABE is always open to special assignments.  On-site sales/autograph sessions when your authors attend exhibits ABE covers, staffing a publisher's exhibit booth at Washington/Baltimore area exhibits, or any other publishing-related project can often be easily addressed by a quick call to ABE.  If we can't solve your need, chances are we know someone who can.
